Description

ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist required. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of General Radiographer experience in an acute care hospital setting. Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist training program is required. Must possess a current ARRT certification, a valid New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) Radiologic Technologist License, and BLS certification. Candidates should be proficient in performing general diagnostic radiographic procedures while ensuring patient safety, proper positioning, radiation protection, and high-quality imaging. Strong knowledge of radiographic equipment, infection control practices, and medical documentation is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment are essential. This position requires working 4:00 PM–12:00 AM, with alternating weekends and holidays. The first two weeks of training will be conducted on the day shift (9:00 AM–5:00 PM) and will include EPIC training. Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED and be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
