Float to other clinics: YES - NW Sports PT, Lakewood, 770
Float clinics: NW Sports PT, Lakewood, 770
Option in this clinic or a neighboring clinic for a Travel Team? Yes
36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
