Start Date: Start dates are every 2 weeks due to orientation schedule
Shift: 8hr Shifts, 5 days per week, every other weekend required - 40hrs per week CANNOT CHANGE SHIFT ONCE OFFERED

Ratios: 1:18-20 - 300 bed facility
Years of Experience REQ: 1 year plus of LTC / Skilled Nursing experience.
• Alzheimer's & Dementia Patient population
First-Timers Accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: Every other weekend required upon center request
Certs REQ: BLS
Will this traveler need to float between like units?: N/A

LICENSE: Must have NY State License - NO LICENSE HITS ALLOWED

RTO Restrictions: RTO ONLY APPROVED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION. WILL NOT APPROVE AFTER OFFERED. Cannot take every holiday off

Requirements:
Active license (state)
Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
Must be able to pass a medication administration (med pass) test and clinical observation
Strong attendance and punctuality required

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Perform medication passes accurately and safely
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies
Supervise CNAs on assigned units
