Need Description:
RN CVOR Skill Sets required:
CABG on Bypass
CABG Off Bypass
Mitral Valve or Aortic Valve replacement
Bentall
Pulmonary Embolisms
Balloon Pump and Impella
Hybrid cases for TAVR
Lung Cases | VATS/Thoracotomy procedures, Lobectomy, Decortication, Wedgy Biopsy
Flexibility to float to other rooms when needed
Total # of Unit Beds/Suites/Deliveries/Procedure Rooms: 12 OR’s and a Hybrid OR

Total # of Cases/Day: 35-40 Call will be required, and call can be heavy.
Call expectations would be 1-2, 16 hours shifts (3p-7a) weekly, and a full weekend call every 4th weekend (3p Friday-7a Monday).
