Description
• The technologist will work 5 8-hour shifts per week (Monday through Friday) on a first shift schedule. From Monday through Thursday, the technologist will work at the MMH Imaging Concourse. On Friday, the technologist will float to the JOCC Nuclear Medicine/PET department (directly across the street).
• Shift time Monday-Thursday would either be 0700-1530 or 0800-1630, to be communicated in advance (work schedule is posted the previous month).
• Shift time on Fridays is variable first shift. Exact time will depend on the operational needs of the JOCC NM department and will be communicated to the technologist prior to Friday by the JOCC lead technologist.
Unit Details:
• Majority oncology-focused imaging
• Includes Whole-body FDG, Brain PET, Limited Cardiac PET, Neuroendocrine imaging
Required:
• PET/CT experience
• ARRT or CNMT
• BLS
• IV starts & PACS experience
• Outpatient & Inpatient experience

Units are nice, staff are kind. Single patient rooms with 4:1 ratios day and night on med surg.
Cons
Scheduled every weekend, floated for the first 6 weeks of contract every shift. Not traveler friendly even though they say they are. Staff are treated well not travelers.
