Certs REQ: BLS, NMTCB, CA State license - Can accept ARRT or NMTCB

Open to accommodating block schedule? M-F
Pending License accepted: No
RTO Restrictions: RTO must be included at time of submission
Guaranteed Hours: facility is able to call off once per two week pay period
