Requirements:
Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
Licensed in the State of Arizona required within 180 days of hire
ASHP accredited PGY-1 residency and Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties (BPS) Oncology Pharmacist Certification
At least three years providing clinical pharmacy care for oncology patients
