Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist (Outpatient)
Shift Notes: Tuesday through Friday, four-ten -hour shifts
Weekend Requirements: Yes; On Call Requirements: None

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED. - Required
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of radiology technology. - Required
- Certified in general radiologic technology by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT). - Required Document
- Current BLS certification. - Required Document
- Associate degree in radiology. - Highly Preferred

Certification Requirements:

- BLS
