Job Title: Home Health Occupational Therapist Location: Fort Dodge, IA Shifts: Full-time. M-F, 8AM – 4:30PM Requirements: Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an occupational Therapist education program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association, Inc. (AOTA), or successor organizations of ACOTE [REQUIRED]
Eligible to take, or has successfully completed the entry-level certification examination for Occupational Therapists developed and administered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc. (NBCOT) [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
Licensure/Certifications:
Licensed or otherwise regulated, if applicable, as an Occupational Therapist by the state in which practicing, unless licensure does not apply in the practicing state. [REQUIRED]
Valid licensed driver with automobile insurance in accordance with state(s) and/or organizational requirements. [REQUIRED]
Mandatory Reporter: Child & Dependent Adult Abuse.
CPR: Maintain a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Card with Re-certification. [REQUIRED]
Minimum Experience:
One year experience caring for similar patient population as to be assigned. [REQUIRED]
