Description
Location: Jaffrey, NH
Schedule: Full-Time Days | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Weekend: Rotating Saturdays | 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Requirements:
Previous nursing experience required; new graduates not accepted
Active RN or LPN license (NH or compact license)
BLS (AHA) certification required
Clinic / Outpatient / Family Practice experience preferred
Patient assessment, medication administration, and patient education skills
Strong documentation and care coordination skills
Candidates must be actively relocating to New Hampshire
