Description

Job Title: Respiratory Therapist :Ventilator Patient Specialist | Pediatric & ALS Care Location: Southborough, Massachusetts
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
On-Call: 1 week every 4-6 weeks
Territory Coverage: Boston Metropolitan Area Key Responsibilities
Will get Mileage Reimbursement and Sign on
Manage ventilation patients in pediatric and ALS care settings
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
Provide specialized patient and caregiver education
Set up and monitor highly technical respiratory equipment
Maintain meticulous documentation
Provide on-call consultations
Support equipment download and tracking
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Required:

Active RRT licensure
Valid driver's license
Pediatric and/or ALS Ventilation experience
Proficiency with equipment download software
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Deductive problem-solving skills
Preferred:

Home respiratory care experience
Advanced technical equipment knowledge
Experience with Care Orchestrator, Astral software
