Location: Indianapolis, IN
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: August 24, 2026
Shift: Days | 4x10 Hours
Schedule: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Call Requirement: Yes – Approx. 110 hours during contract
Weekend Requirement: 1 full weekend within a 6-week call schedule
Compensation:
Weekly Gross Pay: Up to $2,571/week
Taxable Pay: Approximately $1,080/week ($27/hour)
Housing & Meal Stipend: Approximately $1,491/week
Estimated Blended Rate: Approximately $64.28/hour
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have strong cardiovascular surgical scrub experience with expertise in complex cardiac procedures, heart/lung transplant cases, and endovascular procedures.
First-time travelers are not accepted. Local candidates are accepted.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of CVOR Surgical Technologist experience
• Minimum 1 year Level I Trauma experience required
• Travel experience required
• NBSTSA Certification required
• BLS Certification required
• Indiana license required prior to start
• Must be able to provide interview availability (2–3 days) at time of submission
Required Clinical Experience:
• Cardiovascular procedures:
o CABG
o Valve Replacement
o Aortic Aneurysm Repair
o TAVR
o VAD
o EVAR
o Angioplasty/Stenting
• Heart & Lung Transplant experience required
• Thoracic procedures:
o Lung Resection
o Thoracotomy
o VATS
• Vascular procedures:
o Carotid Endarterectomy
o AAA Repair
o Endovascular Procedures
• CVOR, Hybrid OR, General OR, and Trauma OR experience
