Job Title: Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery
Location: Lubbock, TX
Contract: 13 Weeks | Travel/Contract
Start Date: October 5, 2026
Shift: Days | 3×12 Hours
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Hours: 36 Hours

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Lubbock, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong recent Labor & Delivery experience and be comfortable working in a high-acuity women’s and children’s healthcare environment.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• First-time travelers are accepted
• Compact RN license must be in hand at submission
• Strong recent L&D clinical experience
• Must be available for day shifts
• Must be available for required weekend and holiday coverage
• 48 hours may be approved
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years are required during compliance

Schedule:
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 3×12-hour shifts
• 36 hours/week
• Weekends required: 6 weekend shifts within a 6-week schedule
• No block scheduling
• No on-call requirement
• Expected patient ratio: 1:1
• Holiday Requirement

Additional Information:
No floating between units is expected.
Travelers may be required to float to nearby sister facilities when operationally necessary.
Free parking is available.
RN scrub color: Navy

Compliance & Submission Requirements:
• Compact RN license must be active and in hand at submission
• Candidate must disclose any previous permanent, travel, registry, or per-diem employment with the healthcare system
• Only one facility within the healthcare system may be submitted at a time
• All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront
• RTO requests exceeding 7 days may require additional approval and could delay the offer

We are looking for experienced L&D RNs with at least 2 years of recent experience. First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
