Travel Pay breakdown:-

Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) for an 11-week contract assignment. This position is ideal for an RN with strong emergency nursing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
Assess, prioritize, and provide emergency nursing care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries.
Perform rapid patient assessments and develop appropriate nursing interventions.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies.
Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in clinical status.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols.
Requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Vermont.
Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience.
Previous travel nursing experience required.
Current certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
