Description
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 hours/week – Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; Tuesday and Thursday: 10:30 AM–7:00 PM. No weekends or holidays.
Local Pay: $65 to $70/hr. on W2
Travel weekly gross: $3200 to $3481/Week
Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive evaluations and treatment plans for patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of approximately 8–10 patients per day and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to improve mobility, function, and overall outcomes.
Required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
Required Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist License
CPR/AED certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Orthopedic rehabilitation experience
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and patient education
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
