Description
Position: RN – Outpatient OB/GYN
Shift: AM – 10-hour shifts
Hours: 40 hours/week
Local vs. Travel
Candidates residing less than 50 miles from the facility will be considered local and will be paid at the local rate, which is lower than the posted bill rate.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of outpatient OB/GYN experience – Required
Experience with conscious sedation – Required
Experience with termination services – Required
BLS – Required
ACLS – Required
Preferred Experience
Moderate sedation experience
OR/PACU experience
Women's Health
Telephone triage
Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments of OB/GYN patients.
Develop and implement appropriate nursing care plans.
Provide nursing interventions and coordinate patient care.
Support patients undergoing gynecological procedures and termination services.
Provide care related to conscious sedation.
Coordinate care with providers and other members of the healthcare team.
Educate and support patients and their families.
Assist with telephone triage and Women's Health needs as applicable.
