Hours: 36 Hours/Week – 3×12s
Shifts: 12-Hour Days/Nights
Weekend: Every Other Weekend
Holiday: Every Other Holiday
Compensation
Weekly Gross Pay: $3,071
Blended Pay Rate: $85.3/hour
Taxable Pay: $26.00/hour ($936/week)
Housing & Meals Stipend: $2,135 weekly
Unit & Patient Population:
27-bed Stepdown/IMCU unit
Typical patient ratio: 1:3 for IMCU patients
1:4–1:5 when caring for Med-Surg patients
Mix of IMCU, Neurology, and Med-Surg patients
High volume of neuro, medical, and cardiology patients
Chronic vents and trachs
High-acuity heart failure patients
MI and complex medical patients
Requirements:
Active Massachusetts RN License
BLS
Telemetry experience/certification
Minimum 1 year of IMCU experience
2+ years of recent Med-Surg and Tele experience
Neuro experience
Experience with MI and trach patients
Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips
Telemetry test on Day 1
References and skills checklist required
Preferred: Critical Care experience
