Openings: 3
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 36 hours/week | 3×12-hour shifts
Shift: Rotating Days/Nights (7:00 AM Day Shift / 7:00 PM Night Shift)
Weekend: Every Third Weekend as Needed
Holiday: Every Other Holiday
On-Call: Once per schedule
Floating: May float to another OR location if needed
Compensation,
Weekly Gross Pay: $3107
Blended Pay Rate: $86.31/hour
Taxable Pay: $27.00/hour ($972/week)
Housing & Meals Stipend: $2,135 weekly
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Operating Room Registered Nurses (OR RNs) for a 13-week contract opportunity in Boston, MA. Candidates must have strong operating room experience, including scrub experience, and be competent in at least five surgical specialties.
Position Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient Operating Room (OR) nursing experience
• Scrub experience is required
• Competency in at least 5 surgical specialties
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and flexibility in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Active Massachusetts RN License required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Availability for rotating day/night shifts, weekend coverage, holidays, and on-call duties

Experience in multiple specialties, including:
• General Surgery
• Gynecology (GYN)
• Urology (GU)
• Oral and ENT Surgery
• Bariatrics
• Orthopedics
• Neurology
• Vascular Surgery
• Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery
• Plastic Surgery
• Podiatry
• Robotics
• Pediatrics
• Trauma and Spine Surgery
Preferred Qualifications
• Level I Trauma experience
• Neurology, vascular, and other advanced surgical specialty experience
• Experience beyond general, GYN, and GU surgery
