Description
PT Solutions is seeking a Clinic Manager to join our growing team in the West Cobb area. This position is ideal for a licensed physical therapist with leadership experience who is passionate about driving clinical excellence, mentoring a dynamic team, and delivering outstanding patient care. As a Clinic Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, support business growth, and serve as a key leader within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for a multi-provider outpatient clinic
Mentor and develop staff clinicians, new graduates, and support staff
Monitor clinic performance and implement strategies to improve patient access, clinical outcomes, and financial success
Collaborate with regional leadership on strategic initiatives and expansion efforts
Ensure regulatory compliance, clinical quality standards, and company policies are met
Participate in community outreach and referral development
Maintain a partial clinical caseload (approximately 60–70%) while managing administrative duties
Requirements
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
- Current state licensure (or eligible)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team oriented with a collaborative mindset
🕒 Clinic Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💲 Base Salary:
$95,000 – $115,000/year + monthly incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients/day
