At PT Solutions, we’re hiring for a full-time Float Occupational Therapist in Indiana who is flexible and willing to float across three hospitals (Indianapolis, Anderson & Kokomo), who is ready to elevate their career while making a real difference in the lives of patients and our communities.

What You Will Get

Your Responsibilities as an Acute Care Occupational Therapist

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Requirements & Pay Range:

Requirements

• Graduate of an ACOTE approved occupational therapy program
• Registered with NBCOT
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

Compensation

 

Pay Range: $85,000 - $110,000 annually 

Role is eligible for mileage reimbursement for travel between hospitals.

(Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position.)
