Scout Therapy Staffing was founded by two former travel therapists who believed the industry could and should be different.

After years of working contracts ourselves, we saw how often clinicians were treated like numbers instead of people. We started Scout to build the kind of company we would have wanted to work for.

Today, Scout remains therapist-owned and therapist-operated, focused exclusively on therapy professionals. We believe great staffing starts with trust, transparency, and doing right by our travelers.
