Description

Travel Mammography Technologist – 13-Week Assignment
Atlanta, Georgia Area
Assignment Dates: Mid-July

Assignment Details
13-week travel contract
40 hours guaranteed per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Travelers only – no local candidates within 50 miles

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of recent Mammography Technologist experience required
Current AHA BLS certification required
Current ARRT Mammography certification required
Official documentation of at least 200 completed mammography exams within the last 24 months (signed by leadership) required
Minimum of 15 breast-specific CEUs completed within the last 3 years required
Documented 8 hours of digital mammography training required
Documented 8 hours of 3D/Tomosynthesis training required
Documented 40 hours of mammography training required
Documented completion of 25 supervised mammography exams required

Ideal Candidate
Strong mammography imaging experience in a high-volume outpatient setting
Excellent patient care and communication skills
Experience performing digital mammography and tomosynthesis procedures
Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality and regulatory standards
Reliable and adaptable professional committed to exceptional patient care
