Travel Licensed Clinical Social Worker – 13-Week Assignment
Cumming, Georgia Area
Assignment Dates: Mid-July

Assignment Details
13-week travel contract
40 hours guaranteed per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Travelers only – no local candidates within 50 miles

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of recent Licensed Clinical Social Worker experience required
Hospital-based social work experience required
Current Georgia LCSW license required
Current AHA BLS certification required

Ideal Candidate
Strong experience providing psychosocial assessments and discharge planning in a hospital setting
Excellent communication, crisis intervention, and care coordination skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, case managers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Experience supporting patients and families through complex medical and social situations
Reliable and adaptable professional committed to quality patient care and positive outcomes
