Traveler Housing Option:Valley View has newly remodeled studio apartments available, 1/2 block from the hospital for ***/month for a studio (see flyer pictures) and *** for small one bedroom (see attached photos) includes Wi-Fi, utilities, on-site laundry and fully furnished. No pets. No deposit, just move in ready! Available to Travelers during their assignment, based on availability. See attached Info Sheet. Contact *** or call *** for more info and availability.ABOUT: The Registered Nurse (RN) Surgery provides nursing care for patients during the intraoperative phase of the perioperative process. We are looking for experienced Surgical RN's to join our Team. *** is a Level III trauma center with 4 state-of-the-art surgical suites and a 5th surgical suite being built. We offer Robotics (Exactech, Mako, Stealth, DaVinci), General, Eyes, Ortho, Brain/Spine, OB-GYN, ENT, Neuro, Plastics, Urology, Peds, Ortho/Spine Trauma. SHIFTS: 410-hour day shifts per week with rotating evening/night/weekend call. Per 8 week scheduling period generally each person is assigned 1 call weekend (Friday 1900-Monday 0700) and 4-5 weeknight call shifts (1900-0700). Not set in stone, but that is generally how it is assigned.REQUIREMENTS:CO RN License or Compact RN License in good standing.BLS (American Heart Association)ACLS (American Heart Association)3 years of experience is related field.Agency's - please submit below with each submission.ResumeCopy of Nursy's RN VerificationCopy of BLS and ACLS (AHA)Skills Sheet

They can then clarify in the Multiple Locations field that they are located out of state but have employees in CO. Please contact *** if you have further questions. 3) ***Please ensure the correct SS# and DOB is correct in Medefis. If not, your traveler may be pushed due to I.T./onboarding issues and Valley View may suspend your agency.***
