Overtime Policy:
If the All Inclusive Hourly Rate in the Medefis Platform is ***/hour or less, Table 1 applies. If the Hourly Rate is *** or greater, Table 2 applies:

TABLE 1: Bill Rates up to ***/hour

The overtime rate for any hours worked in excess of 40 hours/week shall be billable at the Regular Hourly Rate plus ***/hr.
The overtime rate for any hours worked in excess of 12 hours in a single day shall be billable at the Regular Hourly Rate plus ***/hr.
The holiday rate shall be defined as the Regular Hourly Rate plus ***/hr.
The on-call rate shall be defined in the Job Posting.
The call-back rate shall be equal to the holiday rate***

Note: For any 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, the Agency is to invoice MMH the All-Inclusive Rate for the entire shift. There is no elevated billing allowed for hours 9, 10, 11 & 12.

The facility prefers credentialing be sent in one batch. It is acceptable and encourage to provide updates but please send compliance all at the same time once completed.
