The RN provides quality nursing care for those patients requiring a critical care setting during hospitalization. Care is reflective of the AACN Standards and is delivered in a professional manner that is appropriate to each patients age, physical ability, and intellectual development. The nurse demonstrates proficiency in delivering treatment and adapting care to meet the needs of one or more of the following patient populations: pediatric, adult, and geriatric. NVRH has a four-bed open ICU.Critical care experience and at least two years RN experience.
