Candidates must be able to independently perform 2nd- and 3rd-trimester OB imaging. Travelers without demonstrated OB ultrasound experience and the ability to perform 2nd and 3rd trimester scans independently will not be considered.The *** (NVRH) Diagnostic Imaging Department is seeking an experienced General Ultrasound Sonographer to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will perform a variety of ultrasound examinations and work closely with our physician team to provide exceptional patient care. NVRH provides outpatient, inpatient, and emergency imaging services to patients of all ages.Qualifications· Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program· Current ARDMS certification required· Current RVT certification required· Recent OB ultrasound experience required· Must be proficient in 2nd and 3rd trimester OB ultrasound imaging· Ability to independently perform fetal anatomy, growth, and biophysical profile examinations· Ability to independently perform general ultrasound examinationsAgency Submission RequirementsPlease do not submit candidates without recent OB experience. Candidate profiles must clearly demonstrate independent competency performing 2nd and 3rd trimester OB ultrasound examinations, including fetal anatomy and growth studies. While we can provide a list of local housing resources as a courtesy, the traveler is solely responsible for identifying, securing, and paying for housing before arriving for their assignment.
