Description
Traveler must have both Nuclear Medicine and PET experience. Position will be working Tuesday - Friday 4-10 hour shifts; with call rotation. May be asked to work 5-8-hour shifts on occasion, so need to be flexible with schedule. REQUIREMENTSARRT(N) and/or NMTCB with multi-modality training for NM and PET.Current BLS for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association (AHA).Flu Vaccine 2025/2026 is REQUIRED.**Please provide status of current Flu Vaccine with all submissions. Valley View requires all Traveler's to have a current Flu Vaccine by 11/1/26. We do not accepts any declinations. Our Employee Health RNs are happy to provide a Flu Vaccine on first day, if prior to 11/1/26. We just don't want to get to credentialing and find out this is an issue. Thank you. If they do not have a CO office/address, they will need to enter their real address but choose CO for the state (otherwise the registration will not save). They can then clarify in the Multiple Locations field that they are located out of state but have employees in CO. Please contact *** if you have further questions. 3) ***Please ensure the correct SS# and DOB is inputted in Medefis. If not, your traveler may be pushed due to I.T./onboarding issues and Valley View may suspend your agency.*** 4) Guaranteed hrs will NOT apply on holidays for clinic workers 5) Current FLU VACCINE required Oct 1st - April 1st for ALL travelers. NO EXEMPTIONS
