Local:
W2 Pay Rate: $ 52
Weekly W2 Pay Rate: $2,080
1099 Pay Rate: $ 56
Weekly 1099 Pay Rate: $2,240
Travelers W2:
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $ 54.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $ 2,160.00
Travelers 1099:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $56.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,240
Requirements:
· Active and valid LPN license.
· One year acute nursing care [required], hospital based preferred.
· Current Driver License (and insurance) [Required]
· Experience in home health [Required] .
· Strong communication, organization, and patient-care skills.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, if required.
· BLS certification, if required.
Job Summary:
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, promoting comfort, safety, and recovery while supporting individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and health conditions.
· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
· Assist with wound care and other nursing procedures within the LPN scope of practice.
· Educate patients and caregivers on care routines and medication adherence.
· Maintain accurate patient records and report changes to the supervising RN or physician.
· Follow infection control protocols and home health safety guidelines.
