Position Summary:
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000-$5,000 paid after first pay period, plus $2,000 paid after completion of years 1-3 of employment.
Certifications Required: BLS, valid Kansas PT license. Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Charting System: Meditech. Unit Overview: Outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing unit coverage. Relocation Assistance: Up to $2,500 (receipts required).

Pay Rate note: $37.86/hr base, increases based on experience.
