Up to $10,000 Sign-On bonus for experienced Occupational Therapist / OT

Shift: Days
Job Type: Full Time
Hours: Flexible start times between 0700-1700 (8-hour shifts)
Schedule: Monday-Friday. 40 guaranteed hours per week. No weekend, holiday, or on-call rotation.

Position Summary:
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 with a two-year commitment.
Licensure Required: Kansas state OT license. Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required. Experience: Minimum 2 years of outpatient therapy experience required. Orthopedic knowledge of the upper extremity and manual therapy experience preferred. Willingness to float to inpatient and home health settings as needed. Call-Off Policy: Contact your assigned leader directly.

Pay Rate note: $35.00/hr starting, negotiable/increases based on years of experience.
