Shift: Days
Job Type: Full Time
Hours: 8-hour day shifts
Schedule: No weekend rotation currently. No holiday rotation currently.

Position Summary:
Role Overview: Oversees daily operations, clinical performance, and strategic direction of rehabilitation services, including a mix of inpatient (swing bed) and outpatient therapy. Supervises and supports all PT and PTA staff, including performance evaluations. Collaborates with physicians and leadership to develop treatment programs, improve patient outcomes, and maintain regulatory compliance. Certifications Required: Active Arkansas PT license, current AHA BLS certification. Experience: 2-5 years of management experience in a therapy setting required; NPI number required. Preferred: Prior experience in a rural or critical access hospital setting; comfort floating between inpatient and outpatient caseloads; strong EMR/documentation skills; TruBridge/CPSI EMR experience strongly preferred. Vaccination Requirements: Flu shot with documented records.
