Minimum Requirements:

• Allied Health License for CA or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this work setting
• Minimum Experience varies by profession and setting.
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy, California Physical Therapy License, Healthcare Provider BLS Certification, NPTE
• Equipment/Procedures: Skilled Nursing Facility, Outpatient, Inpatient
• Experience: 1 year
