Minimum Requirements:

• Allied Health License for ME or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this work setting
• Minimum Experience varies by Profession and setting.
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: Current ORT cert, BCLS required
• Equipment/Procedures: OR, surgical instrumentation
