Minimum Requirements:
- Allied Health License for MT or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this work setting
- Minimum Experience varies by Profession and setting.
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: BLS
- Equipment/Procedures: Skilled Nursing Facility, Long Term Care, Outpatient
