Minimum Requirements:

• Allied Health License for or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this Allied Health Occupational Therapist work setting
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: BLS
• Equipment/Procedures: EMR — Net Health Therapy and Meditech
• Experience: 2 years
