Description
Annashae Healthcare Staffing is currently filling a W2 Contract position available with our client in Stockton, CA for an opportunity as an Allied Health Physical Therapist.

Minimum Requirements:
- Allied Health License for CA or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this work setting
- Minimum Experience varies by Profession and setting.
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: Hold license as a Physical Therapist in the state in which you intend to work
- Equipment/Procedures: Utilize Electronic Medical Record to complete evaluations, reports and discharge summaries for patient files
