Minimum Requirements:

• Allied Health License for MA or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this work setting

• Certifications: LCSW, LICSW/LMHC required in Massachusetts
• Equipment/Procedures: Electronic Health Record required; experience with Electronic Health Record, including Medsphere/Vista preferred
• Weekend/Call: Weekend = None stated; Call = None stated
• Experience: 1 year
