Minimum Requirements:

• Allied Health License for WI or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this work setting
• Minimum Experience varies by Profession and setting.
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: BLS
• Equipment/Procedures: Hemodialysis, Cannulating patient access, Obtaining lab specimens
