Minimum Requirements:

• Allied Health License for SD or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this work setting
• Minimum Experience varies by setting.
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and protocols
• Certifications: BLS
• Equipment/Procedures: whirlpool baths, electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound
