Annashae Healthcare Staffing is currently filling a W2 Contract position available with our client in Alturas, CA for an opportunity as an Allied Health Physical Therapist.

Minimum Requirements:
- Allied Health License for CA or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this work setting
- Minimum Experience varies by Profession and setting.
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal protocols
- Certifications: Current California licensure or certification as a physical therapist
- Certifications: Current BCLS certification
- Equipment/Procedures: Knowledge of physical therapy modalities, anatomy and physiology
- Experience: 3 years
