Minimum Requirements:
- Allied Health License for or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this Allied Health Physical Therapist work setting
- Minimum Experience varies by Profession and setting.
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license, Healthcare Provider Level BLS
- Equipment/Procedures: Outpatient
