Minimum Requirements:

• Allied Health License for OH or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this work setting
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: Speech Language Pathologist (with CCCs) credentials and licensed in state of Ohio
• Experience: 3 years
