• Allied Health License for AK or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this work setting
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: Current BLS
• Equipment/Procedures: hi-lo table, whirlpool, therapeutic exercise equipment, ultrasound and electric stimulation modalities
