Minimum Requirements:

• Pharmacy License for or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this work setting
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy, Active Colorado Pharmacist license in good standing, CPR certification, Immunization certification
• Equipment/Procedures: Retail pharmacy operations, prescription dispensing, regulatory oversight, staff coordination, clinical support, inventory management, immunization services, reimbursement, medication safety
