Annashae Healthcare Staffing is currently filling a W2 Contract position available with our client in Scottsdale, AZ for an opportunity as an Allied Health Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Start: 10/17/2026 - 01/16/2027
Shift: Nights

Minimum Requirements:

Allied Health License for AZ or Compact as applicable
Applicable recent experience in this work setting
Minimum Experience varies by setting.
Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
Certifications: BLS, FCC
Equipment/Procedures: SNF
