Minimum Requirements:
- Allied Health License or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this work setting
- Minimum Experience varies by Profession and setting.
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapist Assistant license required.
- Experience: BLS
