In this role, clinicians direct night operations, manage shift workflows, and deliver high-quality medical-surgical patient care while cross-functionally supporting emergency room throughput. Requirements

1+ years of recent Med Surg experience in a rural Critical Access Hospital (CAH) setting

Active Kansas RN License or Compact/Multi-State RN License

Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)

Flexibility to float cross-functionally and support Emergency Room (ER) throughput during volume spikes

Documented Emergency Room (ER) experience explicitly listed on work history and ability to perform Charge RN duties on Day 1

Preferred Qualifications

Previous travel contract experience in procedural or rural healthcare settings

Hands-on familiarity with the CPSI-Evident EMR system

Availability for an immediate start on or before October 5, 2026
