Job Description

In this dynamic night-shift role, you will primarily manage Medical-Surgical patients at low 1:3 ratios while providing specialized 1:1 care for Postpartum mothers and newborns as needed. Requirements

Recent dual-specialty clinical experience in Medical-Surgical and Postpartum patient care

Previous experience working within a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) environment

Active Kansas RN License or valid Multistate/Compact RN License at time of submission

Active AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA NRP, and Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications

Flexibility to manage an average 1:3 Med-Surg load and step in for 1:1 Postpartum care as volume demands

Fundamental competencies in maternal-newborn assessment, post-delivery recovery, and general Med-Surg care

Preferred Qualifications

Prior travel nursing contract experience in rural or critical access facilities

Hands-on charting experience with CPSI and PeriGen EHR systems

Comfort stepping into occasional Charge RN duties as needed
