Job Description
Join the clinical care team at Sabetha Community Hospital, a modern 25-bed Critical Access Hospital and Level IV Trauma Center, delivering high-quality care across both Emergency and Med-Surg settings. In this cross-functional night-shift role (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM), you will triage acute ER cases, manage inpatient medical-surgical care, and support diverse patient populations including swing bed and acute care. Requirements
1–2 years of recent clinical experience in Emergency Room (ER) and/or Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) settings

Active Kansas (KS) RN License or Compact/Multi-State License

Active BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications

Ability to cross-float between ER and Med-Surg units based on unit census and patient acuity

Essential clinical competencies in emergency triage, patient stabilization, acute Med-Surg care, medication administration, and electronic health record (EHR) documentation

Preferred Qualifications
Active PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification

Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) or Level IV Trauma Center

Previous travel nursing contract experience in dual ER/Med-Surg environments
